While we are confident that you will be satisfied, we offer a 45-day return policy on unopened and unused products from https://sunbirdspark.com. If you wish to return your purchased product, it must be done within 45 calendar days counting from the initial purchased date. Please remember to contact us at info@sunbirdspark.com before returning the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will extend a full refund on the purchase price less the cost on shipping & handling. We apologise that we cannot offer any shipping & handling credit on the returned product.
