About Your Instructor

Sharon Yeung is the founder of Sunbird Spark and the inventor of the patented Stencils 360°™ system.

A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Sharon spent more than 20 years working as both an engineer and project manager before discovering paper crafting as a creative way to slow down, recharge, and unwind.

As a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach, Sharon believes creativity can bring moments of calm, connection, and personal fulfillment. Through 360° Calm & Create™, she invites you to slow down, embrace the creative process, and discover the joy of creating—one rotation at a time.

How long is the course?
